Empowering children voices through art, culture, and community in Wadi Al-Samen. Amid the challenges of daily life in Hebron, Rommana is a space where children can imagine, express, and grow.

Little Hands, Big Dreams
Our Partners

For 6 years, Rommana has been a safe haven for the children of the besieged Wadi al-Samen in Hebron, Palestine. Amidst closed checkpoints and the hardships of occupation, children find something different here: arts, activities, reading, stories, films, healing, and a space where they can truly live their childhood.
For 6 years, this small room has embraced the dreams of 500 children. They dream, draw, play, and learn, living their childhood, but the limited space is now closing in on us. Children are sitting shoulder to shoulder; their dreams are growing, but the space is not. Every day, new children come to us, and every day we feel heavy-hearted because we cannot accommodate them all in the way they deserve.
But we have beautiful news: We found a larger space!
A real space that can hold their big dreams, but it needs essential equipment: windows, doors, stairs, and basic finishing.
Our goal is to raise €7,000.
This amount will transform this empty place into a safe space for 500 children and open doors for 2,000 new children living in the besieged Wadi al-Samen who are waiting for their turn at Rommana. Every contribution, no matter how small, brings us closer to a larger space and a safer childhood.
